• We provide “Central Control” and “Remote Monitoring” services for Baseline BaseManager, Rain Bird IQ, and Tucor RealNet.

Our service department provides additional satisfaction to the home buying experience.

• Warranty and Service specialist with a full-time staff of trained professionals.
• Office is staffed Monday through Friday and in-house dedicated repair technicians (24-hour emergency service 7 days a week)
• New homeowners receive complimentary orientations with every new system and we provide each with annual maintenance services. (Calls come to Performance and not your Field Managers)
• Comprehensive knowledge of each municipality’s irrigation, backflow, and low voltage building codes.
